Training
We encourage our employees to attend ongoing education seminars, schools, and apprenticeship training through our reimbursement program. Our apprentices are trained through the Independent Electrical Contractors four-year electrical training program. Other required education includes electrical code and calculation classes, first aid/CPR training, management training, safety training.
